Guest posting is a great way to share your voice with a new audience. Clear the Way accepts many contributing writers in many of its categories such as monthly guest posting columns like the One Word Inspiration series and two columns in the Feminist Fridays series. Take a look at some of the most popular guest posting options below and contact me if you would like to contribute with a different topic. I am always open to hear your pitches for posts you think my readers might like.
In the One Word Inspiration series, contributors are given one word as inspiration and are asked to write a post on whatever that word inspires in them. The word changes monthly and each month hosts two to three guest authors. This series is very popular so, if you would like to take part in this series, please contact me for more information regarding availability.
Part of the weekly Feminist Fridays series on Clear the Way, the How Do You Deal sub-series is a hybrid guest group post and personal post. Each month, a group of feminist guest writers are asked how they deal with a certain topic relating to their feminism. At the beginning of each post, I answer the same question and then ask my guests to share how they deal with the topic.
Another part of the popular Feminist Fridays series, the Everyday Feminism sub-series invites feminist writers to share what feminism means to them in their daily lives. In creating a freeform post on how they act out their feminism in their everyday life, my contributors are able to open up about their individual brands of feminism to reach Clear the Way‘s audience in a more intimate way.
If you would like to participate in a link-up on Clear the Way please know that your post must be dedicated specifically to the link-up and can not be a promotional or sponsored post. Additionally, any host of the link-up holds the right to remove your link from the link-up if needed. To take part in regular link-ups, take a look at the 12 Lists and Write It Out series.
