focus for this month :making space:
For those of you who are signed up for the LIVING the clear way newsletter, you’ve already joined me in contemplating our monthly focus for April. Already, I have enjoyed greater peace of mind and more general health simply by creating more space in my day to enjoy unplanned moments. Having blocks of my day (whatever time I can afford between tasks) set aside to sit in a peaceful environment and follow my whims instead of my to-do list is extremely gratifying. Even if I can only afford a few minutes, having that time set aside to breathe and be still has quickly become my new favorite habit. How about you:
