The One Word Inspiration series is a guest post series on Clear the Way which asks different visiting bloggers to share whatever they are inspired to share when they are given only one word. The word changes each month and today Tiffany from Simply Being Great is here to share her inspiration from the word wonder.
I find myself in a state of wonder. Though truthfully, don’t we all? You know… wonder, at least at one point during the day?
I have laid out my goals for 2016 and I am aiming straight for achievement. However, deep down I cannot help but wonder if I will hit my target because it is not a clear shot, regardless of where I stand.
I promised myself that I would ignore doubt sitting next to disappointment, negativity and comfort. They think I do not see them but they are loud enough for me to notice their unwanted presence. They constantly haunt anyone ready to take on the challenges that come with being great; that come with achievement.
2015 was a long road to self-discovery and I realized that only I could take myself to where I want to go. I lost fear on the road to this moment, where I am able to stand facing the future determined and open-minded. It is all right to wonder because wondering makes us question. Today, I question what’s ahead, the unknown, an open road with millions of bulls-eyes.
I want to write my own life story and I want it to be great. A plot filled with adventures and crazy happiness. I want to write the bad too and pencil in my mistakes so that eventually they could fade away with time. The only thing left will be my greatness, embroidered into my soul, giving me strength to always aim straight for achievement.
Have you laid out your goals for 2016? Do not stop wondering because it is what is keeping you going. Do not stop wondering because that is what is keeping you alive. Do not stop wondering because that is how you will determine how to hit your target. No matter what, do not stop wondering; aim straight for achievement especially, when the shot is unclear.
