First of all, thank you all for your suggestions on my blog and social media. I shared with you awhile back that I wanted to find more clarity and focus in my everyday life. You gave me your best tips for feeling rejuvenated, refocused, and refreshed. I put them all together and made the list above. For the next thirty days, starting tomorrow, I will try to do as many of these every day. The whole point of this challenge is to de-stress and re-focus so I won’t scatter myself about trying to accomplish every single one every single day, but I know I can cross many of these off the list each day. I am looking forward to seeing how this process goes and I will certainly be keeping you in touch here on the blog as well as my Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
